Replacement Policy (No Refunds)

5. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the replacement .

Conditions for Replacement :

  2. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product is damaged, worn, or does not meet our eligibility criteria.
  3. Products purchased during promotional offers or clearance sales are not eligible for replacement .
  4. Customized or personalized products cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
